Categories of Personal Data Collected and Processed

We process the following data directly collected from you:

  1. name, address, email address, phone number, username and password for Agmah online recruitment system, or any other related information;
  2. information contained in your resumes, curriculum vitae or cover letter, such as previous employment history (e.g., placed worked, positions held) and education (e.g., degrees obtained, relevant awards);
  3. any information you provide in your application for employment with us;
  4. names and contact information for referrals; and
  5. other information you provide for our consideration.

We recommend that you do not disclose sensitive personal data (e.g. gender, racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or political beliefs, sexual orientation, biometric data, or financial information) in your resume/C.V. or communications to Agmah.

Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain consent from others including the references before providing their personal data to Agmah.

In addition, we may also collect certain information about you from other sources, including background check data and the information provided by your references.

Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. recruiting to Agmah and any of its subsidiaries;
  2. verifying past employment and/or education, checking references, confirming ability to legally work in the country;
  3. communicating with you in relation to your job application;

Disclosures to Third Parties

Agmah may engage third-party service providers during the recruiting process and may share your personal data accordingly with such entities for the purposes as specified above.

International Data Transfer

Depending on your location and the job position to which you apply, we may transfer your personal data to the European Economic Area or other countries in order to promptly and properly process your job application. The European Economic Area and other countries where Agmah has subsidiaries may not offer the same level of protection for your personal data as the country within which you reside. Agmah takes diligent steps to ensure that your transferred personal data continues to receive a standard of protection substantially similar to the protection as required under applicable data protection laws of your resident country.

Data Retention and Your Rights

We will retain your personal data for any potential recruitment opportunities at Agmah Holdings or one of its subsidiaries until you direct us to delete it or for four years (whichever comes first), unless required otherwise by laws.

You can access, update or correct your job application data at any time by logging into careers.agmah.ai. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting Talent Acquisition. Requesting deletion of your personal data will remove you from consideration of recruitment. In addition, we may also use an automated key word search function, where the system scans your application, resume, and/or curriculum vitae for key words or phrases to prioritize further consideration to those containing such keywords or phrases. If you object to such automated decision-making functionality, and prefer a recruiter review for this step in the process, please contact Talent Acquisition.

Providing your personal data for job application to Agmah is voluntary. However, failure to provide your consent or later revoking consent to the processing of your personal data will result in the inability to submit your resume/curriculum vitae for recruitment or be considered for any position at Agmah and its subsidiaries.
